Is webmail available?

Yes!  Webmail is part of your account package.  We at HighSpeedWeb strongly suggest you only use webmail while traveling or in an emergency situation.  Why?  Webmail isn’t nearly as powerful as an email client such as thunderbird and webmail counts against your total space on your hosting package.  It’s better to pull the mail from the server and store it on your local machine.  That said, depending on your hosting package with us, here’s how you’d normally access your webmail…

For cPanel (linux) simply go to http://MyDomainName.com/webmail and enter your email address and password in the dialog box.  You have the choice of horde mail, or squirrel mail.  It is entirely your preference as to which one to use.

For Helm (windows) customers, go to http://mail.MyDomainName.com:8383 and enter your email address and password.  This will allow you to access the imail webmail interface.
